The Workbench user management allows to define roles per user. The role defines access / viewing and editing rights for every individual user.


Setting a role

To set the role, simply select the one in "User Roles" in the "Add User" modal window:

To set the role of a user, you need to be administrator.


You can also go to an existing user's User Settings to adapt the roles.

Overview of roles

These roles are accessible to all of our customers using the Workbench:

  • can administer other users
  • can edit all Product Guides

  • can see all advisor settings
  • cannot change anything
